Shipping policy

1. Order Processing and Shipment

At Party Hat, we're committed to delivering your party supplies promptly and efficiently.

  • Order Processing: Your order will be processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders received after 3 pm will be processed the following business day.

  • Shipment: After processing, your order will be shipped via our selected carriers.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option aims to deliver your order within 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping for standard orders, priced at Rs.50 for COD Orders and Free for prepaid orders. Any shipping promotions or discounts will be applied at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if your order has already been processed or shipped.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • In case a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
