At Party Hat, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality party supplies, and we stand by the excellence of our products. If, however, you receive a defective or faulty item, we are here to make it right.

***Important Information***

For any exchanged or refunds for faulty products, we would require an unboxing video to determine that the product was received in that particular condition. Request you to please make a video while unboxing any products ordered from our website.

Defective or Faulty Products:

If you receive a product that is defective or faulty, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that, except for defective or faulty items, we do not accept returns for any other reason. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.

To initiate a return for a defective or faulty product, please follow these steps:

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note, shipping and handling charges will be deducted if the order is either cancelled post dispatch or refunded post delivery.
